No need to take efforts to go to service centre, you can get your product picked from your door itself for getting repaired. We need our customer should be fully satisfied with the quality of the product, so we offer complete 12 months FREE DOOR TO DOOR PICK UP SERVICES, On selected products for PAN India except Delhi and Delhi (NCR) ,keeping in mind your product ranges above INR 500/-

Follow certain basic steps:

  • When facing any problems related to our product, contact us at our Helpline Number -: +91-120-4552102 or you can drop a mail also to info@uimitech.com.
  • Whenever you use pick up and drop facility for product you have to drop a mail attaching your invoice and mentioning your contact NO. And address details.
  • You can call on our phone and email us on the described address for any product related issues.
  • If you still don’t find any solution to your problem, you can provide your address and details to CCE and you will surely get PICK & DROP arrangement on UIMI India Behalf.
  • After your product reaches our Service center, depending on the problem the product will be serviced or replaced.
  • After resolving the problem, the product will undergo a quality check process to avoid repeat issues in the future.
  • The complete process may undergo within a time period of 15 days.
  • After the complete process, the product will be delivered to you by one of the representative.
  • If the product bears no fault and problems then in that case customer needs to pay the logistics and shipping charges.
  • Important Collections required for the process:

  • Invoice/bills
  • UIMI Product Box
  • Serial No. of Product
  • Written statement addressing for product related problems.
  • Special Points to be remembered while returning product for pickup:

  • Pack the product in the UIMI Product Box or similar hard cardboard box ensuring that product may fit the box completely in order to avoid damage that may occur due shaking of product inside the box freely.
  • Bubble Wrap the product with at least 2 layers.
  • A note addressing the problem, invoice copy, and declaration of items being sent by you should be there in the box.
